Responsibilities
- support for our customers with hardware and software issues in the following languages: C++, Visual Basic, IEC 61131-3 on Windows PC platforms
- processing of product enquiries with regard to intended use and function as a central and company-wide contact point
- analysis of specific customer inquiries regarding our hardware and software products
- handling of detailed technical questions in cooperation with product management and development
- practical support and solution-oriented consulting for our customers by remote maintenance and on site
- development of solutions to ensure fast and smooth commissioning at the customer's site
Qualifications
- successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable technical qualification
- profound knowledge of PC-technology, fieldbus systems, software development and PLC programming
- customer- and service-oriented thinking and working methods
- ability to work in a team and strong communication skills (especially on the phone)
- good written and spoken German and English language skills
