CX2500-0062 | 2.5 Gbit Ethernet module for CX20xx, CX52x0, CX56x0

The system modules are connected to the CPU on the left-hand side via a multi-pin connector. Internally they are connected via PCI Express. Up to four modules can be connected at CX20xx in any order. CX52x0 and CX56x0 can be expanded with one module.

The CX2500-0062 module provides two independent Ethernet interfaces. The Intel® i226 Ethernet controller used supports transmission speeds of up to 2.5 Gbit/s. Thus, the module is ideal for applications that require particularly high data rates and short response times.
