Robust and durable

The materials and workmanship of all components are designed for maximum durability. This allows the MX-System to be used directly on the machine or system, even in demanding environments. The MX-System offers a custom-fit solution for every application and is characterized by the following features:

  • robust, chrome-plated and varnished metal housing
  • oil and detergent resistant
  • IP67 protection thanks to the double sealing principle
  • EMC interference immunity due to metal housing

Equally, the MX-System features passive cooling throughout. This also simplifies project planning and handling: the system can be operated at ambient temperatures between 0°C and 50°C without additional air conditioning. The dissipation performance of the system group is maximized by internal encapsulated ventilation, and hot spots are effectively prevented. An additional internal heater enables safe start-up despite the risk of condensation. By connecting the baseplate to an active cooling system, the operating temperature range can be extended.
