C6015 Industrial PC

The universal C6015 Industrial PC further extends the application possibilities of PC-based control. The ultra compact IPC measures just 82 x 82 x 40 mm, demonstrating the extensive scalability of PC-based control technology. The C6015 IPC is only one third the size of the previously smallest control cabinet IPC from Beckhoff and enables extreme space-savings and flexibility. Based on the high computing power of the integrated Intel® Atom™ CPU that is available with up to four processor cores, the new C6015 is designed for universal use in automation, visualisation and communication tasks and also opens up new areas of application.

The new, ultra compact C6015 Industrial PC is designed for universal use in automation, visualisation and communication tasks, as well as in EtherCAT-based applications. As an exceptionally inexpensive, compact and flexibly-mounted solution, it opens up new application areas for IPC technology, especially those with pronounced cost or space restraints. Fully suited to industrial applications, the multi-core IPC measures just 82 x 82 x 40 mm, demonstrating the extensive scalability of PC-based control technology from Beckhoff.

Due to its extremely compact size, the versatile and flexible mounting options and the impressive computing power of the Intel® Atom® processors, it fits into virtually any control cabinet and machine concept. Apart from use for a wide range of automation tasks, the C6015 is mainly suitable for use as an IoT gateway, or as an edge device. The basis for this is the full integration and compatibility of TwinCAT and EtherCAT.
