The Customer Service Support specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service team, internal customers such as our sales engineers and external customer base. Individual must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers within the organization – customer service, outside sales, inventory, warehousing and distribution, accounting and technical support.

Responsibilities

  • code incoming region team emails and maintain an organized region inbox
  • answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
  • update and maintain customer accounts in ERP system
  • prepare product and service performance reports by collecting and analyzing customer data
  • serve customers in the high technology industry by providing timely and accurate product information; maintain effective customer relationship

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years college or technical education; college degree desired
  • minimum 2-3 years customer service experience in an office environment
  • proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) strongly preferred
  • demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing high customer satisfaction with superior service
  • strong interpersonal and communications - verbal, written communication and active listening skills
  • demonstrated ability to work independently and on a team
  • must be able to work with little direction and take initiative on tasks
  • demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve questions with a sense of urgency
  • strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills
  • self-starter, self-motivated and consistent performer at a high level
  • thrive in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • must be able to pleasantly and professionally interact with a variety of professionals internally and externaly
