

The Ethernet switch terminal is used for the decentralised connection of Ethernet devices to the EtherCAT Terminal network. The EtherCAT system relays the Ethernet communication of the connected devices fully transparent and collision-free.
The switch terminal can be installed at any location within the EtherCAT strand. No configuration is required.
