The EM2042 EtherCAT module combines 16 digital outputs in a compact D-sub connector and is therefore ideally suited for valve terminals with multi-pin plug connection. The binary control signals are transferred (electrically isolated) to the actuators at the process level. The EM2042 is integrated into the I/O system like standard EtherCAT Terminals. The X2 connector for the power supply is included in the scope of supply.
