KL9301 | Diode array terminal
The KL9301 Bus Terminal contains a diode array consisting of a total of seven diodes with a common cathode. The diode array can be used as a free-wheeling or decoupling array. Through direct integration into the Bus Terminal assembly, the compact design of the Bus Terminal is retained for the whole application. Wiring is simplified significantly.
