EtherCAT plug-in modules of the EJ series
EtherCAT plug-in modules: Bus Terminals for circuit boards
The EJ1122 2-port EtherCAT junction can be positioned in an EtherCAT module segment anywhere between the EtherCAT plug-in modules and enables configuration of EtherCAT star topologies. A modular EtherCAT star hub can be realized by using several EJ1122 on one signal distribution board.
Special features:
- Connection technology: 2 x RJ45 sockets, external for positioning directly on the signal distribution board
- Connection lengths: up to 100 m
- Can be used for configuring an EtherCAT star topology
The RJ45 sockets are external and allow positioning directly on the signal distribution board. Individual devices or complete EtherCAT segments can be connected at the junction ports. The EJ1122 supports coupling and uncoupling of EtherCAT segments during operation (Hot Connect).
