The EJ3048 EtherCAT plug-in module processes signals in the range between 0 and 20 mA. The current is digitized to a resolution of 12 bit, and is transmitted, electrically isolated, to the higher-level automation device. The module combines eight channels in one housing. The signal state is indicated by light emitting diodes.
