Color and monochrome area-scan cameras for machine vision
Robust GigE Vision area-scan cameras with highly flexible mounting options and a bandwidth of up to 2.5 Gbit/s offer a range of services tailored to industrial PCs. At the same time, they can be directly synchronized with all EtherCAT-based machine processes via the EtherCAT P connection. The integration of image data into the synchronous data acquisition of the TwinCAT Scope completes the analysis of process data, supports process optimization, and thus increases both availability and investment security. The image processing algorithms are executed with TwinCAT Vision directly in real time, meaning there is no communication to non-real-time processes. This lack of latency allows further processing to take place without delay.
