Servisni nivo 1

  • Dobava rezervnih delov iz večjega lokalnega skladišča rezervnih delov – na voljo za veliko število proizvodov Beckhoff
  • Dobava rezervnih delov iz centralnega skladišča rezervnih delov v Nemčiji (servisni nivo S0)
  • Popravila mnogih Beckhoff proizvodov (starosti do 15 let)
  • Organizacija popravil (posamična popravila starejših proizvodov se preusmeri na servisne centre S0)
  • Terenski servis izučenih serviserjev
  • Telefonska podpora

Servisni nivo 2

  • Dobava rezervnih delov iz lokalnega skladišča rezervnih delov ali iz centralnega skladišča rezervnih delov v Nemčiji (servisni nivo S0)
  • Popravila nekaterih Beckhoff proizvodov (se lahko razlikuje od ene podružnice do druge)
  • Organizacija popravil (popravila se preusmeri na servisne centre S0-S1)
