TwinCAT 3.1 Build 4026: Modularized setup with TwinCAT Package Management

A new type of modularized setup allows a more flexible installation of TwinCAT than before. Instead of the previous installation of three variants on one industrial PC, users can now select and install specific packages according to preference and update them as required. The new setup with TwinCAT Package Management enables individual and thus faster updating of individual TwinCAT components.
