The TF8560 technology package combines our many years of motion expertise from the plastics industry. It includes field-proven, pre-developed standard blocks for typical motion applications in plastics machinery. The available motion functions are specially prepared to offer an integrated safety solution with TwinSAFE, while the standard blocks significantly reduce development and commissioning times. The TF8560 supports intuitive axis commissioning and virtual commissioning by means of integrated simulations.

The software system structures can be adapted to suit the machine concept regardless of the chosen drive concept, with hydraulic, electric, or hybrid motion axes all capable of being adapted to typical plastics machinery tasks via a uniform interface. With the help of kinematic transformations, non-linear mechanics such as those involving crank drives or toggle levers are supported. Detaching controls with alternation between speed and pressure setpoints are provided transparently for hydraulic or electric drive concepts.
