The Ethernet network cards can be used in office and automation networks and offer the following benefits:
- plug-and-play interface
- 10/100 Mbit/s, full duplex
- maximum performance through hardware-integrated checksum creation and verification
- The hardware side supports Quality of Service (QoS) through prioritized multiple queues.
The cards (or individual channels) can also be operated with TwinCAT drivers – and therefore in real-time.
