The AF1000 economy variable frequency drives are a cost-efficient series for basic drive tasks. The AF1130-3xxx single-axis module is available in the higher power range with a rated output power of 3 kW with a three-phase supply of 3 x 208…480 V AC.
Despite its compact dimensions, it still incorporates an integrated power supply for 24 V DC, DC link capacitors, and a braking circuit. The power supply generates the control voltage from the DC link voltage.
The devices support TwinSAFE as an option in order to implement the STO/SS1 drive-integrated safety functions.
The highly efficient AF1000 variable frequency drives are fully integrated into the TwinCAT system via EtherCAT, ensuring that commissioning, operation, and diagnostics are made easy.
Safety projects can be created quickly and easily with the TE9000 TwinCAT 3 Safety Editor. The TE9200 TwinSAFE Loader/User is also available as additional support.
