The use of the Microsoft operating systems is subject to the provisions of the End-User Licensing Agreement (EULA). With the purchase of the operating system, the purchaser agrees to the license provisions.
The Microsoft software license conditions are not required for Windows Embedded Compact 2013, Windows Embedded Compact 7, Windows Embedded CE 6.0, Microsoft Windows CE 5.0 and Microsoft Windows CE .NET 4.2.
