Nous distinguons quatre niveaux de service au sein de nos centres de service:
Niveau de service 0
- Service de pièces de rechange à partir d’un entrepôt de pièces détachées, couvrant tous les produits Beckhoff, toutes classes d’âge confondues
- Service de réparation pour tous les produits Beckhoff, toutes classes d’âge confondues (même des réparations de nombreux produits datant des années 1980 sont possibles)
- Service sur site assuré par des spécialistes qualifiés
- Gestion du cycle de vie
- Analyse des causes en collaboration avec les départements Développement
- Coordination d’activités de services internationaux
- Assistance téléphonique
Niveau de service 1
- Service de pièces de rechange à partir d’un grand entrepôt local de pièces de rechange, couvrant de nombreux produits Beckhoff
- Service de pièces de rechange assuré par un entrepôt central de pièces de rechange en Allemagne (niveau de service S0)
- Service de réparation pour de nombreux produits Beckhoff (jusqu’à 15 ans)
- Gestion des réparations (les réparations individuelles concernant par exemple d’anciens produits sont transmises au centre de de niveau S0)
- Service sur site assuré par des spécialistes qualifiés
- Assistance téléphonique
Niveau de service 2
- Service de pièces de rechange assuré à partir d’un entrepôt local ou par un entrepôt central de pièces de rechange en Allemagne (niveau de service S0)
- Service de réparation pour certains produits Beckhoff (peut différer dans certaines filiales)
- Gestion des réparations (les réparations sont transmises au centre de service de niveau S0 ou S1)
- Service sur site assuré par des spécialistes qualifiés
- Assistance téléphonique
