The AX1000 economy servo drives are a particularly cost-efficient series that meets the highest technological standards. The AX1201-1xxx dual-axis module is available in the low power range with a rated output current of 1.65 A with a single-phase supply of 1 x 110…240 V AC and, in combination with the AM1011, AM1012, or AM1021 servomotor, provides an optimum servo system with a rated power range of 50…200 W. Despite its compact dimensions, it still incorporates an integrated power supply for 24 V DC, DC link capacitors, a braking circuit, and – in most variants – a braking resistor. The power supply generates the control voltage from the DC link voltage.
AM8000 synchronous servomotors with One Cable Technology (OCT) are also supported, along with asynchronous and reluctance motors. The devices support TwinSAFE as standard in order to implement the STO/SS1 drive-integrated safety functions. Further TwinSAFE Safe Motion safety functions are available as options.
The AX1000 ultra-compact servo drives are fully integrated into the TwinCAT system via EtherCAT, ensuring that commissioning, operation, and diagnostics are made easy.
Safety projects can be created quickly and easily with the TwinCAT 3 Safety Editor. The TwinSAFE Loader/User is also available as additional support.
