TF5065 | TwinCAT 3 Motion Control XFC
Mit eXtreme Fast Control (XFC) wird eine Technik bezeichnet, die mit EtherCAT, speziellen I/O-Klemmen und TwinCAT auf dem PC eine sehr schnelle, zeitlich hochpräzise Reaktion ermöglicht. Mit den Distributed Clocks (DC) von EtherCAT und entsprechenden Klemmen können so einfach verteiltes Latchen oder Nockenschaltwerke realisiert werden.
- Bausteine zum hochgenauen Erfassen und Schalten von digitalen Signalen bezogen auf Achspositionen
- EtherCAT-Distributed-Clocks mit den zeitstempelbasierten Ein- und Ausgangs-EtherCAT-Klemmen EL1252, EL2252 oder EL2262
- Konvertierungsbausteine von DC-Zeit in Position und umgekehrt
- komfortabler PLCopen-konformer TouchProbe-Baustein
- digitales Nockenschaltwerk als PLCopen-konformer Baustein
In Verbindung mit TwinCAT NC I stehen Bausteine zum hochpräzisen Schalten von Signalen in Abhängigkeit von der Bahnposition zur Verfügung.
