The open format ONNX is integrated into TwinCAT 3 and supports data scientists and automation engineers to cooperate more efficiently. The neural network models are developed with well-known machine learning frameworks and passed on to TwinCAT 3 using the ONNX standard format. The model is now ready to be executed on the PC-based controller. Through the ONNX support in TwinCAT 3, users can fully follow the CRISP DM methodology enabling them to efficiently operate data science projects.
