EL6070 licence key terminal for TwinCAT 3.1 licence management
TwinCAT 3.1 licences are issued for specific hardware. Instead of an Industrial PC, you can use the EL6070 Terminal as a hardware licence key. It provides more flexibility, for example when the Industrial PC needs to be replaced.

TwinCAT 3.1 offers an option to manage TwinCAT software licenses via the EtherCAT Terminal EL6070. The EL6070 embodies the hardware license key in the modular EtherCAT I/O system. Data transfer takes place via EtherCAT.
