Beckhoff Malaysia in new premises

On 15 May 2019, the Beckhoff Malaysia subsidiary officially celebrated the opening of their new headquarters. With almost 1,000 square meters on four floors, the new location offers plenty of space, which will help accommodate the expanding business and, ultimately, to better support customers and business partners. On the ground floor there is an inviting reception area with a lounge and a demo wall as well as a meeting room and a small warehouse. On the first floor there is another meeting room, a training room and a think tank for concentrated and creative work. On the second floor there are workplaces for the growing number of staff. The upper floor not only houses the server room, but also offers room for future growth.

In a festive ceremony, Managing Director Daniel Tay opened the new headquarters together with Kai Ristau, Head of International Sales, and Joshua Rusdy, Area Sales Manager, both from Beckhoff Germany. 47 guests, most of them customers, celebrated together with the Beckhoff Malaysia staff. The traditional lion dance with two dancers each in a red and a golden lion costume was performed to bring luck to the enterprise. It was followed by a fireworks display, short speeches and lectures by, among others, Country Sales Manager Yen Hong Lee. Afterwards there was an exclusive guided tour through the new premises for all those present and a cosy lunch with opportunity for interesting conversations.
