As Country Sales Manager for Beckhoff Thailand, you will make the leap from individual contributor to business leader with the full backing of a global automation technology leader. Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a small team of Sales Engineers (you will start with 2–3 direct reports)
- Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct reviews
- Build the high-performing team culture you wish you had experienced
- Work with Regional Managing Director to shape Thailand's sales strategy
- Create annual sales plans and forecasts
- Identify growth opportunities in Industry 4.0, Robotics, and IoT sectors
- Manage key accounts personally (stay connected to customers)
- Lead technical presentations and demonstrations
- Oversee proposals and quotations for major projects
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns and events
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth delivery
- Work with Technical teams to design winning solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or any related discipline)
- 5–8 years' experience in technical sales within the Automation/Industrial Technology sector
- 2–3 years in team leadership, project leadership, or senior account management (we prioritize leadership potential and drive)
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and taking ownership beyond defined responsibilities
- strong fundamentals and understanding of PLC, SCADA, Robotics, or IOT technologies
- Native-level fluency in Thai
- Professional working proficiency for regional and international communication in English
