Responsibilities

support for our customers with hardware and software issues in the following languages: C++, Visual Basic, IEC 61131-3 on Windows PC platforms
processing of product enquiries with regard to intended use and function as a central and company-wide contact point
analysis of specific customer inquiries regarding our hardware and software products
handling of detailed technical questions in cooperation with product management and development
practical support and solution-oriented consulting for our customers by remote maintenance and on site
development of solutions to ensure fast and smooth commissioning at the customer's site

successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable technical qualification
profound knowledge of PC-technology, fieldbus systems, software development and PLC programming
customer- and service-oriented thinking and working methods
ability to work in a team and strong communication skills (especially on the phone)
good written and spoken German and English language skills
