- Serwis części zamiennych z centralnego magazynu części zamiennych w Niemczech (poziom serwisowy S0)
- Serwis naprawczy wielu produktów Beckhoff (obejmujący do 15 lat historii produktu)
- Administracja prac naprawczych (poszczególne naprawy, jak np. dotyczące produktów starszych kierowane są do centrum serwisowego poziomu S0)
