Våra lokala servicecenter stödjer er inom hela After Sales Service och vid hanteringen av internationella servicehändelser.
Våra servicecenters delas in i fyra olika service-levels:
Service-level 0
- Reservdelsservice från ett komplett reservdelslager för alla Beckhoff-produkter ur alla åldersgrupper
- Reparationsservice för alla Beckhoff-produkter ur alla åldersgrupper (även reparationer för många produkter från 80-talet är fortfarande möjligt)
- Field-service med utbildade service-specialister
- Life Cycle Management
- Orsaksanalys i samarbete med utvecklingsavdelningarna
- Koordination av internationella serviceaktiviteter
- Telefonsupport
Service-level 1
- Spare parts service from a large local spare parts warehouse for a large number of Beckhoff products
- Spare parts service from a central spare parts warehouse in Germany (service level S0)
- Repair service for many Beckhoff products (up to 15 years old)
- Repair management (individual repairs of older products will be forwarded to S0-level service center)
- Field service with trained and experienced service specialists
- Telephone support
Service-level 2
- Reservdelsservice från antigen lokalt reservdelslager eller centralt reservdelslager i Tyskland (Service-level S0)
- Reparationsservice för en del Beckhoffprodukter (kan variera i dotterbolagen)
