We provide a 12-month warranty on all parts we replace in connection with a repair job.

Field service

Our experts can also help you to troubleshoot problems at your location. We also offer on-site installation support and maintenance training. Thanks to our worldwide service network of Beckhoff offices, we can quickly arrive on-site whenever you need us.

Spare parts service

Good availability is a prerequisite for a fast and efficient solution whenever you need spare parts urgently. We offer tested original spare parts via our service network. Life cycle management

Every product goes through phases over the course of its life. After a product has been discontinued, we make sure that spare parts and repairs continue to be available.
