Power distribution and fieldbus connection
The infrastructure of the MX-System is ensured by various power infeed and output modules as well as by power supply modules. They perform different tasks that are required to enable a complete replacement of the control cabinet.
MS1xxx | Power infeed
Supply the MX-System stations with protective extra-low voltages and low voltages.
MS2xxx | EtherCAT power infeed
Supply the MX-System stations and integrate them into the EtherCAT network.
MS3xxx | Power output
Cable protection for voltages provided from an MX system station to other substations.
MS4xxx | EtherCAT power output
Cable protection for other substations and integration of these into the EtherCAT network.
MS6xxx | Power supplies
Generate the 24 V DC or 48 V DC and are available in different power classes.
MS7xxx | Ethernet switches
Offer additional possibilities to realize manifold Ethernet/EtherCAT topologies.
MS8xxx | UPS
Capacitive or battery-supplied for supply of the backplane or Industrial PC in case of voltage drops.
MS9xxx | Empty housing
Extends the baseplate and provides installation space for integrating special control units into the MX-System.
